Day 1: exam and final plan

Planning your trip
U.S. citizens need an e-Visa to enter Brazil
Apply online on the official government portal at least 15 days before your flight. The fee is currently US$ 80.90, paid directly to the visa service, not to us.
Your coordinator sends you a step-by-step guide and checks that it covers both trips if you need two.
Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.

Between trips, your implants heal at home. We check in with you remotely, and you can send photos or questions to your coordinator at any time.

How much will my treatment cost?
It depends on your case, so we don’t publish prices. After your pre-visit video call, you receive a written estimate in U.S. dollars, subject to in-person evaluation. It lists what is included, so you can plan flights and your stay with no surprises.
Can you diagnose me by video?
No. The video call is for getting to know you, understanding your goals and explaining how treatment in Brazil works. A diagnosis and your final treatment plan are only made in person, after your exam on day 1 in Brasília.
What if the in-person exam changes the plan?
Dr. Evandro explains any change in writing before treatment starts, and you decide whether to go ahead. [Deposit policy if the plan changes or treatment is not advised.]

What if I have a problem after I get home?
